My harness is too small. How do I return it?
If you purchased a size based on your pup's chest girth measurement and our sizing guide, there are often additional adjustments to make before considering a return.
When your harness arrives, adjustments will need to be made to the girth straps and the neck opening for a proper fit. The straps are tucked into the harness and can be pulled out to allow for maximum adjustment. We recommend adjusting the straps, observing the fit around the house, then making adjustments to fine-tune the fit before heading out for your next adventure.
