Are there any restrictions on my pro discount?
Members of our pro purchase program can shop for personal use. There are a few rules to keep in mind:
- Your discount is for you and your pups only, and may not be used for gifts, donations, resale, or business use
- Pro customers are not eligible for free shipping.
- Orders are eligible for return with a return shipping fee. Check out the pro return policy for more details
- Additional discount codes may not be combined with your pro discount
- Pro pricing is not available for all products
- Limited Edition Releases are not eligible for a pro purchase discount. These items may still be purchased at regular price and are covered by the return policy.
