Why did some of my items not arrive?
Some items will always ship separately due to either size or shipping location. Oversized beds may ship in their own box resulting in two separate deliveries.
If you ordered a combination of new and used items, the used items will always ship separately. You should have received two shipping confirmations each with their own tracking.
Neither of the above scenarios applies to my order, now what?
We got you! Please send us a message below and include your order number and what items are missing from your order. If your package arrived damaged, a photo of the damage is also helpful, but not required. We'll do a little research with the carrier to either retrieve or replace your missing items.
