I created my return request but where is my exchange?
Exchange orders are sent once your return is received at Ruffwear. You have 14 days from creating your return/exchange request to mail your items. If you haven't mailed your items yet, please do so to receive your exchange. You will receive an exchange order confirmation by the next business day after your return is received at Ruffwear.
What if I missed the exchange window
You can still mail your return with the provided label to receive a refund.
