I created my return request but where is my exchange?
Exchange orders are triggered once you mail the items from your return request using the provided label. You have 14 days from creating your return/exchange request to mail your items. If you haven't mailed your items yet, please do so to receive your exchange. You should receive an exchange order confirmation by the next business day after your return is picked up by the carrier.
What if I missed the exchange window
You can still mail your return with the provided label to receive a refund.
