What can I find in Ruffwear’s RuffWorn Used Gear Collection?
Our RuffWorn collection includes returns (often because of a wrong size), samples, and other gently used gear. Some items will be like new, and others will have some light wear. Please read the product descriptions carefully for more info about each item.
Are any RuffWorn items brand new?
Some RuffWorn items will be in like-new condition, and some will have light wear. Items may have been tried on by another dog and may have some dog hair.
How can I shop for RuffWorn Used Gear items?
Under the Shop menu, select the RuffWorn Used Gear collection to see currently available used items. Individual used items will not show in the search to avoid confusion between new and used items.
Can I purchase new and used items in the same order?
Yes, you'll be able to check out with both new and used items in the same order. These items will ship separately, so keep an eye out for two sets of confirmation and shipping emails for both your new and used gear.
Can I purchase multiple RuffWorn items in a single order?
Yes, you can purchase multiple used items in a single cart.
How do I pay for RuffWorn items?
Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the secure checkout as usual.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will ship within 3 business days of purchase. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Can I return RuffWorn Used Gear items?
All RuffWorn purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions or concerns, we recommend you send us a message before purchasing.
Am I able to sell my own items through Ruffwear's Used Gear collection?
Currently, customers cannot sell their own items through RuffWorn.
