Wrong Item Sent

I received my order but the wrong item was in the package, now what?

Oops, we're sorry to hear the wrong item snuck out the door! We'll work to make things right as quickly as possible.

Please head to returns.ruffwear.com and enter your order number from your order confirmation email to jump right to the specific order. You can also find your order number by logging into your account and viewing your order history.

Select "Wrong Item Sent" as your return reason. Select "Exchange" then select the same size/color so we can get you the correct item. Your replacement will be on its way, and you can print a shipping label to mail back the incorrect item.
