How do I start a return?
Starting your return is easy! Just visit returns.ruffwear.com. Enter the email address you used to place your order and the original order number to see items that are eligble for return. You can find your order number in your order confirmation emails or by logging into your account on our site. If you have items to return from multiple orders, you'll create a separate return request for each order.
Items that are eligible for return will allow you to select a return reason and create your return shipment. If you need a different size or color of the same style, choose "Exchange" under the individual item to see replacements. Once you confirm your return, you'll be able to print your return shipping label and then track your return status all in the same place. Mailing your return is the final step needed to trigger your exchange order, if requested.
Items must be in new, resalable condition. Ruffwear will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
