I received my Ruffwear gear as a gift. How can I return it?
Ruffwear will accept returns on products that have not been used and are a current full-price style and color. Please contact our Customer Experience team by sending us a message in our chat, to confirm your return eligibility. We’ll need to know the style name, size, and color of the item. Once return eligibility is confirmed, you’ll be issued a Return Authorization and instructions for sending the item back to us.
