Price Adjustments

Something I just bought has a lower price, can I get a refund for the difference?
Shop with confidence. If you find a lower price, you can request a price adjustment with our customer experience team in chat or by emailing bark@ruffwear.com.

Price Adjustment Policy

• Price adjustments are available only for purchases made on ruffwear.com, ruffwear.ca, or the Ruffwear Retail Store. We do not price-match purchases made through other retailers or platforms.
• Items must be the same product, color, and size.
• Price adjustments are available for 14 days from the original purchase date.
• Price adjustments do not apply to discount codes or coupons.
• Price adjustments for temporary markdown events (sales) must be requested during the sale period. Price adjustment requests submitted after a sale period has ended will not be approved.
• Adjustments will be refunded to the payment method used on the original purchase.
• Used Gear items are not eligible for price adjustments.
