Do you offer replacement parts or buckles?
We offer replacements for many of our buckles and some other parts as well. Make sure you click 'Send to a Human' so our team can see your request. See below for what information to include with your request.
The insert (pronged) side of our plastic buckles can be replaced for most harnesses and apparel items. We are unable to replace the buckles for collars and leashes. Unsure of the product name or replacement part you need? No problem! Send us a photo to help us ID your gear and replacement part options.
We're happy to send available replacement parts to addresses in North America for free. Looking for parts outside of North America? Check with a distributor in your area to see if they offer replacement parts.
