It's been a while since I sent my return back to Ruffwear and tracking shows that it was already delivered. Why haven't I received my refund?
If you initiated your return through our returns center you can view the status by logging back in to the returns portal.
Ruffwear will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days of receipt. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
